Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a specialized form of psychotherapy designed to help individuals address various psychological issues, including trauma, anxiety and depression.
The therapy utilizes the principles of memory reconsolidation alongside smooth-pursuit eye movements. This innovative approach often enables patients to experience significant improvements in their mental health within just 1 to 5 sessions, making it more rapid than many other evidence-based therapies.
During an ART session, patients follow a therapist’s hand or another object with their eyes as they engage in specific therapeutic exercises. This eye movement technique is believed to facilitate the processing of distressing memories and emotions, leading to effective resolution and relief.
Sessions typically last between 60 to 90 minutes, allowing sufficient time for exploration and integration of experiences. Prior to engaging in ART, at least one intake session is required to assess the individual’s needs and tailor the therapy accordingly.
Overall, ART presents a promising option for those seeking swift and profound healing from psychological challenges.

Individual Counselling
Individual therapy, often referred to as counselling or psychotherapy, is a vital form of mental health treatment tailored for those seeking personal support and growth. This therapeutic approach centers around one-on-one sessions between a trained therapist and an individual, creating a safe space for exploration.
During these sessions, which typically last 50 minutes, clients have the opportunity to delve into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a confidential environment. Jenna employs various techniques and strategies to guide individuals through their challenges, helping them gain insight and develop coping skills.
Clients may seek therapy for numerous reasons, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or trauma. The personalized nature of individual therapy allows for a deepened understanding of one's experiences and emotions. Overall, this process promotes self-awareness and fosters personal growth by encouraging individuals to confront their challenges constructively.
