The fee for individual counselling is $130 for 50min session. The fee for ART is $160 for a 75 min session.

Payments can be made by E-Transfer, adding a credit card to your file that will be billed automatically, or paying in person at time of session with cash, credit or debit card.
Yes, therapy services are typically covered by most private insurance companies. If your extended health insurance policy covers “Registered Social Workers,” I can provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. However, I recommend double-checking your insurance policy or calling your insurance provider to inquire about what credentials they cover for mental health providers before scheduling a session.
As a client, you can decide the number of sessions and how often you want to see your therapist. You are incharge of your own counselling journey. You can end counselling at any time. However, to ensure you get the most out of your sessions, we usually recommend consistent sessions, either weekly or biweekly, in the beginning.

Then, when you reach your counselling goals. You can stop counselling altogether or have monthly check-ins to maintain your gains from therapy.
If you’re new to counselling, you may wonder what to expect from your sessions. My approach is to create a safe and respectful space to explore and address your difficulties. I use evidence-based therapy approaches proven to provide the best client outcomes. During the first session we will discuss your current concerns and some of your background.
Cancellation policy is 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment. This policy is to ensure there is enough time to arrange another client appointment for that time slot. You may be billed $50 cancellation or no show fee if there is less than 24 hours notice.
No, it's not necessary to have a doctor's referral for counselling services.
No, I provide services to individuals ages 15 and up.
